Vendor Registration

We’re excited to share the vendor registration fees & links for our 2026 events! Whether you’re joining us for the Food Truck Battles OR Manitoba Night Markets we’ve got all the details you need to plan ahead.

Please make sure you read all details carefully as there are changes this upcoming season compared to last.

Food Truck Battles 

Dates: Saturday, May 23 & Sunday, May 24

ATTENTION ALL FOOD VENDORS  (FOOD TRUCKS, BAKERIES, BEEF JERKY, ETC.  ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE WELCOME!)

Food Vendors: (Prices cover both days) 

  • Food Truck (Must bring own generator) – $900
  • Food Cart – Food Cart OR Food Vendor with food preparation on site – Outdoor Only – $450

(Please note this will be on the tarmac, not in the back lot with food trucks)

  • Food Vendor – All food prepackaged before on site – $300

    Manitoba Night Market & Festival 

    Dates: Sunday, June 7, Sunday, July 19, Sunday, August 23

    Food Truck:

    • Food Truck (Must bring own generator) – $450

    Food Cart: (A cart OR food vendor with food preparation on site)

    • Food Cart (In the back lot with the food trucks) – Fee $350
    • Food Vendor (With On Site Preparation):
      • Indoor (10 x 10) – $300
      • Outdoor (10 x 10) – $200

    Goods / Retail vendor OR food vendor with NO on site preperation:

    • Outdoor Booths:
      • Regular (10 x 10) – $175 (No power)
      • Double (10 x 20) – $275 (No power)
      • Premium (10 x 10) – $200 (Power included)
      • Premium Double (10 x 20) – $300 (Power included)
    • Indoor Booths (Main Floor, Power included):
      • Regular (10 x 10) – $220
      • Double (10 x 18) – $340
      • Premium (10 x 10) – $280
      • Premium Double (10 x 24) – $420

      Additional Details for All Events:

      • Free Wi-Fi is available at all events.
      • You may rent an 8ft table and 2 chairs for $20, you will be able to select that option on your forms
